Defective Products Only
Refunds or replacements are only available for products that arrive defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing or color selection
- Delayed shipping caused by carriers or customs
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
Reporting a Defective Item
To request a refund or replacement for a defective item, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Our team will review the request and determine eligibility. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
All discounted, promotional, or clearance items are final sale unless defective.
